Order Processing:

Orders begin processing 24hrs after purchase to allow payment verification.

Normal order processing can take between 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–10 business days) Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due in stock availably or pre order items. These items will then be shipped according to inventory. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature. If you have missed your delivery due to failed delivery attempts the package will return back to RVL and the customer is responsible reshipping & handling fees.

General Shipping Information

In-stock Merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Multiple Shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.

Can I return a item?
We will gladly accept your return for a Store credit or Exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order. Policy Is Strictly Enforced.

Can I change or cancel a order?
Order Changes & Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
Does RVL provide a Return labels?
No.
Customer is Responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to RVL.
What is the difference between Shipping and delivery?
Shipping dates usually refer to when an item leaves the warehouse while the delivery date specifies when it should reach the customer.
Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for a exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We’re unable to process exchanges for items that has been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender.
Exchange request must be received within 3 days of the delivery date. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days, ABSOLUTELY no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are final sale. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
All items must be returned back to us in it's original packaging, all tags must be attached. Swimwear must have the original sanitary liner in place for the exchange to be considered valid.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL SALE, which means NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item.

-Items paid with store credit will only be exchange Once.
-Only one time exchange per order.
-Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery – Rachelvlifestyle.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.

Exchange policy:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Uneven Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.

Exchange Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Beauty Items with Restrictions on Air Shipping
Restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products (hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc.). Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

Returns
NO RETURNS: We do not accept returns, however, we’ll accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Rachelvlifestyle.com for an EXCHANGE ONLY or store credit. We cannot accept exchanges for another style. All exchanges are restricted to the same Item . If you must change a style you can get a store credit you will be charge 15% restocking fee.
Sales are final no exceptions.
